What We Look For
Ember Ascend stays intentionally focused: one trade lane, one team that actually understands both sides of it. That means we look for people with real, hands-on experience rather than broad but shallow exposure to global logistics.
- Customs brokerage & documentation – hands-on experience with U.S. Customs entries and/or Brazilian Siscomex filings.
- Operations & carrier relations – experience booking and managing ocean or air freight on Latin American lanes.
- Bicultural, bilingual communication – comfortable working directly with clients and partners on both sides of the border.
- CargoWise or similar TMS experience – a strong plus for consulting and operations roles.
